    The Tuesday Run

    Every Tuesday, we drive to Chicago and pick out the week's inventory ourselves. That's why we're closed. We'd rather drive five hours than miss a delivery of fresh produce and essential ingredients.

    Meet the Family

    We're Hoang-Anh, Thinh, Thao, and Tuan. We arrived in the U.S. from Vietnam in 1992, and we've been running this store on 15th Avenue since 1995. When you walk in, you'll probably see Thinh at the register or Hoang-Anh helping someone find the right noodles on the floor.
